PLEASE NOTE: The majority of refunded/exchanged items are due to the customer having ordered an incorrect size. For this reason, we encourage you to take your measurements prior to purchasing, read each item’s sizing chart carefully, and review your order when Checking Out to ensure that you selected the correct size. If you have any questions about sizing, please don’t hesitate to contact us! We’re here to help!
REFUNDS:
* All returns must be accompanied with the return form located at the bottom of this page. If you are having difficulties downloading or printing this form, please contact us so that we can email or fax the form to you.
*All items must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt of your package. Items returned later than this date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
*All items must be in original, unused condition. Shoes and other boxed items must be returned to us in their original boxes, and the boxes must be in good condition without tape, rips, writing, etc.
*Shipping charges are not refundable. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless an incorrect item was shipped to you. If you were shipped an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 818.845.1155 ext. 11. or shop@8ballwebstore.com.
*Returned sales items cannot be refunded; store credit or exchange only.
*Refunds will be credited back to the credit card that the item was purchased with. If you are returning an item that was a gift, the money will still be refunded to the purchaser’s card. It is up to you to make arrangements with that person.
EXCHANGES:
*All of the above rules and conditions apply; any additional shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. However, we will ship the exchanged item in the most cost-effective manner at your request.
*Additional shipping charges will be charged to the card that you placed your order with unless additional credit card information is provided.
ADDITIONALLY:
*We are not held responsible for any packages sent to us that get lost or damaged along the way. So please make sure that your item is properly packed and shipped in a safe manner.
